QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICES OR AVAILABILITY?
TRUSTED ESTATE MANAGER
Christine has worked in other people’s homes for over 20 years, in a variety of capacities. She has her B.A. in Social Work, and truly cares for other people. She started as a nanny for two separate sets of twins, and slowly worked her way into real estate. For a short period of time she was a licensed CA Realtor working sales in San Francisco before being introduced into Estate Management.
Serving two families in Pacific Heights, she managed both primary estates, in-state and out-of-state second homes, and land in Hawaii and Healdsburg for over five years. In her most recent 10 year position, she managed over 5 homes at a time, including local, out of state, international homes, and property development projects for the family business. Christine is well versed in construction, having worked on multiple large-scale projects over the years, with values ranging up to 13 million, including a ground up build on 30+ acres in Sonoma. She has been trusted with many sets of keys, is absolutely discreet, and maintains a fun and productive professional demeanor.
On a more personal level, she and her husband recently left San Francisco after 20+ years to buy a project home in Vallejo. They currently keep an apartment in San Francisco, own a second home and an income property, both in CA. When they’re not immersed in a multitude of home improvement projects, they’re tending to their feline fur babies, Noodle and Squeak, visiting family and friends, or traveling.
TESTIMONIALS
The first thing I noticed about Christine is that she is incredibly discreet and great with confidential information. She is the only person the principals have allowed in their home. They value confidentiality and Christine has a poker face when it comes to protecting their information. She doesn’t give up any information that she shouldn’t, and I think people respect that.

Christine really keeps the wheels from falling off in my life! She does everything from paying bills and managing properties, to helping with errands. Her memory is like a steel trap, and she’s one of the most organized people I know, plus, she’s great at taking initiative, often tackling a problem and coming up with a solution (or two or three) before I even knew the issue had arisen.

Christine has great communication skills and has always been very open, honest, and straightforward. She is a great team player; she manages housekeepers and vendors in both properties, which can be a big job. The Sonoma house has a big problem with rattlesnakes and she is responsible for making sure that is taken care of. She is a brave woman!

Christine’s ability to keep construction projects running smoothly and efficiently is incredible. She has a knack for keeping contractors, subs, architects, and consultants on track, and makes sure no detail slips through the cracks. Her hard work eased my stress during construction tremendously and I can’t imagine doing all of the projects she’s managed for me over the past decade without her!

Having completed numerous construction projects for Christine's employer, I can attest her value as a manager. She possesses a fantastic positive personality, sense of urgency, and a sense of humor, which sets her apart from other managers I’ve worked with in the past. In construction prompt responses are critical to maintain construction schedule and she asks the right questions at the correct time and is always on top of communication. Highly recommended!

What I appreciated most about Christine was her organizational skills. I am very organized myself and have very high standards, but she was able to help me become even more organized. She took the initiative to reorganize things in a more efficient and intuitive way.
